Anglia Components has entered into a distribution agreement with semiconductor manufacturer 3PEAK, expanding its analogue and mixed-signal product portfolio for customers across the UK and Europe.

The partnership will give Anglia customers access to 3PEAK's range of analogue integrated circuits, including signal chain, power management and mixed-signal devices. According to the companies, many of the products are designed as pin-compatible alternatives to established analogue components, providing engineers with additional sourcing options for new and existing designs.

Anglia said the agreement supports its strategy of offering customers alternatives to products supplied by larger semiconductor vendors, particularly in the analogue market.

"The market is fed up with being dictated to by a few major US names who have increased prices substantially over the past 18 months and want to tell you who to buy from,” said John Bowman, Marketing Director at Anglia Components.

"Anglia is building a strong analogue IC portfolio of high-quality products from manufacturers such as 3PEAK, which not only offer parts at substantially lower prices, but also with increased functionality,” he added.

3PEAK develops a broad portfolio of analogue and mixed-signal integrated circuits, including devices intended to replace products from established suppliers. The company also invests heavily in research and development, with a focus on introducing new products that offer enhanced performance and functionality.
